Had a great day at Malham Cove, and the Peregrine Falcons were absolutely amazing. The adult pair have had four chicks this year and they’ve already fledged after only a month! I wish I had a 500mm lens, but even with my 200mm one I got some very pleasing photos. As well as watching them…
A very nice photo Jeremy even with a 200mm lens. Sometimes a larger lens can be more of a hinderance than a help, especially as with plenty of pixels to play with these days you can crop fairly tightly anyway.
I particularly admire the one with the Peregrin on the dead bird, (? pigeon) It has a real mean glint in his/her eye. To my very amateur eye they all look very good.
