Four Spotted Chaser

Whilst out looking for an elusive Kingfisher, we came across this which I am reliably informed is a Four Spotted Chaser (Libellula quadrimaculata)! I just liked it, and this is the best of the hundred photos I took of it!

Curious Squirrel

It’s such a shame there aren’t more red squirrels in the UK as they are so much more fun and better to photograph as the colours are so much nicer. This was taken in Berlin, on the edge of some woods, and there were quite a few of them and obviously used to people.

Bow Fiddle Oyster Catcher

This oyster catcher was spotted at Bow Fiddle Rock, Portnockie, Scotland and I like the way it didn’t even flinch when the wave behind crashed on the rock.
