I caught this little chap whilst I was having a pint in the pub garden at Church Houses in Farndale, and quite liked the silhouette it made with the barbed wire.
The chaffinch was bobbing about in the pub garden and he was certainly happy having his photograph taken, so who was I to refuse.
We were in Grange-Over-Sands (or Grange-Over-Sludge as we call it) and went for a drive to lake Windermere and this robin was sat watching us go by, so I shot him, so to speak.
